Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coupling structure of a mixing tip and an impression material cartridge and, more specifically, in order to enable a mixing tip coupled to the upper part of an impression material cartridge to be easily and simply coupled to the impression material cartridge regardless of the coupling direction and, simultaneously, to enable impression material leakage, which is caused by the loosening of the mixing tip while the mixing tip rotates by pressure generated from the mixing of the impression material inside the mixing tip, to be completely prevented, the present invention: has, inside a cap part, an accommodating groove for accommodating a connector, has a protrusion at one side of the outer periphery of the connector and has a protrusion groove and catching pieces on the inner periphery of the accommodating groove corresponding to the connector having catching grooves formed at 90° intervals, such that the connector is caught in the accommodating groove and, simultaneously, the cap part is fitted therein regardless of the coupling direction and can rotate at 90°intervals when the mixing tip is coupled to the impression material cartridge, and thus the loosening of the mixing tip by means of the catching pieces which are fitted into the catching grooves formed at 90°intervals is prevented so as to prevent the mixing tip from rotating by the pressure generated when the impression material is mixed at the mixing tip; simply couples the cartridge and the mixing tip, such that the positions thereof are correct, by inserting connecting pipes of the connector into discharge pipes when engaging pieces are fitted into engaging hooks protrudingly formed at the upper part of the impression material cartridge; and fitting the cap part regardless of the coupling direction when the mixing tip is coupled to the impression material cartridge, so as to facilitate the catching of the catching pieces in the catching grooves of the connector by rotating the cap part at 90° intervals and the separation of the catching pieces caught in the catching grooves when the cap part rotates again at 90°intervals, or the catching of the catching pieces in the catching grooves of the connector when the cap part rotates at 90° intervals and the separation of the catching pieces caught in the catching grooves when the cap part reversely rotates again at 90°intervals.
