COUPLING SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION ON CEE NORM PLUGS AND SOCKETS TECHNICAL FIELD

Invention, used for electrical conduction in industry, is about CEE norm plugs and sockets, which consists of a new cable crimping system with coupling structure.

Invention, consisting of a tab to provide a connection with the portable body, is about a system consisting of a coupling seal providing durability and adherence to avoid spinning, portable body centering bearing socket and portable body consisting of portable body tab lock, clip coupling tab and clip coupling centering bulge elements.

PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE

Today, CEE norm plugs and sockets are used in industrial field. After a cable connection is made to contact in CEE norm plugs and socket products, when its pulled from the cable, there should not be any load on contact group. Therefore, pressing point systems were made on cable entry points of where contact transportation body is mounted on portable body. In this current technique these systems can be either one-piece, or can be produced from different parts and mounted on the entry point of the cable of portable body. On one- piece systems, while leaving the skinned seals on the cable providing sealing is a problem, on the system made from different parts there is a problem of coupling and seals falling apart from the body and not providing a sealing.

As a result, to find a solution for the problems specified above, need of new CEE norm plug and socket and absence of the solutions for the current technique led to a new development on the related technique. AIM OF THE INVENTION

Aim of the invention is to provide durability with tab on the coupling, clip coupling centering bulge, coupling seal centering bulge, clip coupling tab areas and to avoid coupling to fall apart from the portable body.

In accordance with the specified aims, the invention is, which removed the negativities of existing set-up, CEE norm plug and socket, used for electrical induction in industrial field and inside of it, there are coupling with coupling tabs providing contact, coupling seals with coupling seal centering tabs to avoid loops in the system, which provides durability and adherence, by placing coupling seal centering bulge inside to avoid coupling seal to spin portable body centering slot, portable body with screw threads, clip coupling body tabbed inside locking slot and clip coupling elements, which has clip coupling centering bulge placed on portable body centering slot to avoid it to spin.

Installation of coupling structure,

• placing it shiftingly in portable body centering slot inside of portable body coupling seal centering bulge,

• contacting coupling with portable body,

• placing this very clip coupling centering bulge shiftingly in portable body centering slot inside of portable body coupling and tabbing the clip coupling tabs on portable body tab locking slots from the inside,

• contacting clip coupling with specified portable body,

• finally placing coupling tabs that is made inside coupling shiftingly on the tabs of portable body to prevent it to fall down,

· coupling is contacted with portable body and the installation is done.

This very invention, with its simple and existing structure will be a preferred product in this industry. Thus a commercial success will be achieved.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

Invention is all about CEE norm plug and socket, which consists of portable body(l), contact carrying adaptor(2), coupling(3), clip coupling(4), coupling sealing(5), clip coupling tab(6), clip coupling centering bulge(7), coupling sealing centering bulge(8), portable body centering slot(9), coupling tab(10), portable body tab locking slot(ll) and screw teeth on portable body(12).

Here, the invention is about coupling{3) structure on CEE norm plug and socket specified as installed and uninstalled above and it includes clip coupling centering bulge(7), clip coupling tab(6), clip couling(4), coupling sealing centering bulge(8) and coupling tab(10).

Invention subject coupling sealing(5) on CEE norm plug and socket, coupling sealing centering bulge(8) is placed on portable body centering slot(9). After that clip coupling(4) is contacted on portable body(l) and again like coupling sealing(5), clip coupling centering bulge(7) on clip coupling(4) is placed on clip coupling portable body centering slot(9). Meanwhile clip coupling tab(6) snap fits on portable body tab locking slot(ll) and portable body(l), coupling sealing(5) and clip coupling(4) should be installed in a way to prevent them to get separated. Details are shown on Figure 2 and 5. After that coupling(3) installation is done. Coupling tabs(10) are designed accordance to feder structure which can be flexible. Coupling tab(10) fits on portable body(l) by shiftingly moving from screw teeths on portable body(12). Due to coupling tabs(10) coupling(3) is provided to hold on screw teeth on portable body(12) and coupling(3) is prevented to fall down. At the same time, sealing can be done by making pressure downwards when cable is connected. Again, coupling sealing(5) and clip coupling(4) cannot move on portable body(l) thanks to clip coupling centering bulge(7) and coupling sealing centering bulge(8).
