Abstract:
Provided are a coupon distribution device and a coupon distribution program that are useful to both enterprises and users. A coupon distribution server 1 is provided with: a sheet database DB33 that stores usage history of coupon data used by users; a condition determination unit 19 that references the usage history of coupon data stored in the sheet DB33 to determine whether or not a plurality of coupon data usage histories for one user satisfy a specific condition; and a new-coupon distribution unit 20 that, in the case when the condition determination unit 19 determines that the specific condition is satisfied, distributes new coupon data to a user terminal 6 of the user.
