Abstract:
Provided is a coupon information management device (10), comprising: a store visit estimation unit (110) which estimates, on the basis of acquired customer identification information, a visit to a store by a customer who is identified by the customer identification information; a usable coupon identifying unit (120) which, on the basis of the acquired customer identification information, identifies, from a storage unit (200) which stores correspondence relationships between the customer identification information and coupon information, a coupon which can be used by the customer who is estimated with the store visit estimation unit (110) to be in a state of visiting the store; and a non-use determination unit (130) which detects that the identified usable coupon was not used by the customer.
