Abstract:
Disclosed is a vehicle cover apparatus which is intended to cover the gaps between a plurality of covers which can be unwound in approximately the same direction in substantially the same plane. A vehicle cover apparatus is provided with: a central cover (32); a central cover winding section (30) having a central winding shaft (34) for accommodating the central cover (32) so the cover can be unwound or wound; side covers (42); and side cover winding sections (40) each having side winding shafts (44) for accommodating the side covers (42) so the cover can be unwound or wound. The central winding shaft (34) and the side winding shafts (44) have mutually offset axes (X1 and X2) and are supported in a matter such that the side edge section of the central cover (32) and the side edge section of the side covers (42) overlap in the direction of the axes, so that the aforementioned edge sections overlap when the covers are unwound.
