Abstract:
A cover assembly (20) and a cooking utensil (100). The cover assembly (20) comprises: a cover body (30); a relief valve (40), the relief valve (40) being provided on the cover body (30), the relief valve (40) being provided with a first opened stage allowing a cooking cavity (101) to be in communication with the external environment and a closed state allowing the cooking utensil (101) to be cut off from the external environment; an operating element (50), the operating element (50) being connected to the cover body (30) and slidable in a first direction and a second direction, the operating element (50) being slidable in the first direction to a first position allowing the relief valve (40) to be in the first opened state and being slidable in the second direction to a second position allowing the relief valve (40) to be in the closed state; and a locking body (601), the locking body (601) being connected to the cover body (30). When the operating element (50) is sliding in the first direction, the relief valve (40) is driven by the locking body (601) to switch to the first opened state and the locking body (601) keeps the operating element (50) locked at the first position; when the operating element (50) is sliding in the second direction, the relieve valve (40) is driven by the locking body (601) to switch to the closed state.
