Abstract:
A cover body structure of cookware, comprising: a cover body that can be connected to a pot body of the cookware in a covered manner, wherein the cover body is provided with a pot cavity contact surface (21) directly in contact with hot steam produced in the pot body due to heating when the cover body covers the pot body; and an electromagnetic heating apparatus (3) arranged on the cover body and at least capable of heating the pot cavity contact surface (21). By heating a pot cavity contact surface (21) via an electromagnetic heating apparatus (3), the pot cavity contact surface (21) that is directly in contact with hot steam produced in a pot body due to heating can be efficiently and uniformly heated, thereby reducing and even eliminating the temperature difference between the pot cavity contact surface (21) and the pot body and between the pot cavity contact surface and the hot steam produced in the pot body due to heating, so that the cooking effect can be improved, and the problem of accumulated water produced when a cover is opened after cooking heating is relieved and even eliminated. Also provided is the cookware.
