Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cover having an improved sterilization function and a toilet seat having the cover and, more specifically, a reflective plate is constructed on the top of a pedestal, and an ultraviolet sterilization lamp is constructed on the lower side of the cover to have an excellent effect on maintenance through a structure for selectively attaching and detaching or coupling and separating the ultraviolet sterilization lamp to thereby, when the ultraviolet sterilization lamp irradiates ultraviolet rays, sterilize both the upper side of the pedestal and the inside of the cover via the reflective plate, and an additional ultraviolet sterilization lamp is constructed on the lower side of the pedestal to perform sterilization treatment even between the pedestal and the upper side of the toilet seat to thereby enable overall sterilization, wherein, through the structure capable of partially coupling and separating the ultraviolet sterilization lamp, not only an excellent effect is shown on maintenance, but also the automation of the cover and the sterilization state of the toilet seat can be easily identified by the naked eye, and economic efficiency can be secured by preventing the indiscriminate operation of the sterilization lamp through an angle detection sensor.
