Abstract:
A solar cell cover material (11) formed by laminating for integration a transparent, high-moisture-proof film (12) and a transparent, high-light-fastness film (13) excellent in ultraviolet resistance. A solar cell cover material (21) formed by laminating for integration a transparent, high-moisture-proof film (22) and a transparent, high-light-fastness film (23) with an adhesive (24) containing an ultraviolet absorber. A solar cell cover material (31) formed by laminating for integration a transparent, high-moisture-proof film (32) and a transparent, high-light-fastness film (33) with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin adhesive (34) containing an ultraviolet absorber and a cross-linking agent. A solar cell cover material (41) comprising a high-light-fastness, high-moisture-proof, transparent film prepared by forming an inorganic oxide coating film (43) on the front surface of a transparent base material film (42) blended with an ultraviolet absorber. A solar cell cover material/sealing film formed by laminating for integration the cover film and an EVA film. A solar cell formed by sealing solar cell elements between the cover material and a rear-surface-side protection member. A transparent film combining a moisture-proof feature with a light-fast feature can reduce the weight of the solar cell and improve its shock-resistance and durability.
