Abstract:
A cover member for push button switch that can endure long-term use and exhibits
excellent adhesion and moisture resistance; and a process for producing the
same. There is provided cover member (1) for push button switch comprising,
unified together, resin-made key top (5) and silicone-rubber-made key sheet
(20), wherein adhesive layer (10) bonding the silicone-rubber-made key sheet
(20) with the resin-made key top (5) consists of a layer containing a photohardening
resin, an amine silane compound and a hydrophobic silane compound, and wherein
the adhesive layer (10) has an area being 1/3 or more of the area of the plane of bonding
between the resin-made key top (5) and the silicone-rubber-made key sheet (20).
