The present invention relates to a cover for a portable terminal with a moving character, the cover being coupled to a portable terminal, wirelessly receiving power from the portable terminal, and receiving power through a connector from the portable terminal to operate a character formed integrally with the cover. The cover for a portable terminal with a moving character according to the present invention may comprise: a cover body for covering the rear side of the portable terminal; a character part mounted in the cover body; an operating part which is coupled to the character part to be operated; a driving part for providing a driving force to the operating part so that the operating part can operate; and a wireless signal receiving part, mounted in the cover body or the character part, for receiving a wireless signal from the portable terminal and supplying power to the driving part using the wireless signal, or the cover may comprise: a cover body for covering the rear side of the portable terminal; a character part mounted in the cover body; an operating part which is coupled to the character part to be operated; a driving part for providing a driving force to the operating part so that the operating part can operate; and a connector for transferring power from the portable terminal to the driving part.
