Abstract:
A cover type endoscope (10) for treatment comprises a cover (13) for endoscope which is applied to the endoscope body (21). The cover (13) for endoscope comprises an insertion path (20) into which the endoscope body (21) is inserted, a cover inserting portion body (25) equipped with a cover distal end (91) which is provided at the distal end, and the bent portion (92)of the cover which is provided on the proximal end side of the cover distal end (91) and is bent according to the bending of the bent portion (33) of the endoscope body (21) in the mounted state where the endoscope body (21) is inserted into the insertion path (20), a positioning means (139) for determining the insertion position of the endoscope body (21) at such a position that the body distal end (32) does not project from the distal end of the cover inserting portion body (25) under the mounted state, a coupling portion (27) which couples the endoscope body (21) and the cover inserting portion body (25) under the mounted state, and treatment arms (45, 46) which are projecting from the distal end of the cover inserting portion body (25) to the distal end side and provided with bending mechanisms (101, 102).
