Abstract:
A covered stent (10) and a combined stent. The covered stent (10) comprises a stent body (11); the stent body (11) comprises a first stent section (111) and a second stent section (112) connected to a proximal end of the first stent section (111); the first stent section (111) comprises a covering membrane (12); the second stent section (112) comprises at least one first wave rod (1121); the distance from at least one section of a distal end of the first wave rod (1121) to the axis of the covered stent (10) is greater than the distance from a proximal end of the first wave rod (1121) to the axis of the covered stent (10); and the combined stent comprises the covered stent (10). The structure of the second stent section (112) is adjusted such that the covered stent (10) is prevented from generating excessive stress concentration and impact on the inner wall of the blood vessel after release and implantation, thereby improving the adaptability of the covered stent (10) to the blood vessel and weakening the original stimulation of the blood vessel.
