Abstract:
A covering material (1) used in a molded ceiling (3) for vehicles comprises a surface layer (11), a first foam layer (12), and a second foam layer (13). The surface layer (11) is configured as a design surface (11a) facing an interior side of a vehicle. The first foam layer (12) is laminated to a back surface (11b) of the surface layer (11) and comprises a first soft polyurethane foam. The second foam layer (13) is laminated to a back surface (12b) of the first foam layer (12) and comprises a second soft polyurethane foam (13). The compressive residual strain of the first soft polyurethane foam is smaller than the compressive residual strain of the second soft polyurethane foam.
