Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an alloy product which exhibits both high corrosion resistance to withstand severe corrosive/high-temperature environments and mechanical characteristics comparable to or better than those of stainless steel and which can be produced at a lower cost than Ni-based alloy. The Cr-Fe-Ni type alloy product pertaining to the present invention is a product using a Cr-Fe-Ni type alloy with Cr being the component with the highest content ratio. The product has a microstructure comprising a dual-phase structure matrix in which a ferrite phase and an austenite phase coexist, wherein precipitates of an L12 type Ni-based intermetallic compound phase are dispersed inside the austenite phase.
