Abstract:
A cracking device for waste salt containing organic pollutants, comprising a primary cracking furnace (20) arranged obliquely and a secondary cracking furnace (21) arranged obliquely. The primary cracking furnace (20) comprises a primary feeding device (1), a primary cracking furnace body (15), a first hot air blower (10), and a primary discharging device (9); one end of the primary cracking furnace body (15) is connected to the primary feeding device (1), and the other end is connected to the primary discharging device (9) and the first hot air blower (10), respectively; the secondary cracking furnace (21) comprises a secondary feeding device (11), a secondary cracking furnace body (17), a second hot air blower (19), and a secondary discharging device (18); one end of the secondary cracking furnace body (17) is connected to the secondary feeding device (11), and the other end is connected to the secondary discharging device (18) and the second hot air blower (19), respectively; the primary discharging device (9) is arranged above the secondary feeding device (11), and the lower end of the primary discharging device (9) is connected to the upper end of the secondary feeding device (11); a feed port arranged on the primary feeding device (1) is higher than a discharge port arranged on the primary discharging device (9), and a feed port arranged on the secondary feeding device (11) is higher than a discharge port arranged on the secondary discharging device (18). Arrangement of the primary cracking furnace and the secondary cracking furnace device allows for two cracking of a material, thereby effectively improving material cracking efficiency.
