Abstract:
Disclosed is a cracking and reduction conversion method for household organic wastes including organic materials, the method comprising placing the organic materials in a closed cylinder, and continuously stirring and indirectly heating the organic materials, such that the organic materials are insulated from air and uniformly heated. By means of the method, the organic materials are continuously stirred and uniformly heated in the reaction device, such that the reaction is fully completed, thereby maximizing the production of resource products, such as combustible gas and tar, and minimizing the generation of other harmful products to achieve innocuous disposal. The whole process from cracking to gas treatment adopts a closed cycle operation to insulate the organic materials from air, such that the treatment process and discharge are completely controlled, the reaction process of the organic materials is stable, and the output is stable. The entire system achieves a stable energy cycle, and the system itself minimizes a need for externally supplied fuel, thereby greatly reducing the energy consumption and operating costs.
