The present invention relates to a cradle for a vehicle that can be firmly fixed to an air-vent grille irrespective of the shape and size of air vents to stably mount various types of portable devices, such as mobile phones, IT goods, and the like, by adjusting the angle of fixing legs coupled to the rear surface of a plate spring. The cradle for a vehicle, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing having a through-hole formed through the front surface thereof; a plate spring received within the housing and having an outer peripheral portion fixed to the inner surface of the housing; four fixing legs coupled to the rear surface of the plate spring and protruding from the rear surface of the housing so as to be inserted into vehicle air vents; an adjusting part having one end coupled to the center of the plate spring and an opposite end inserted through the through-hole formed through the front surface of the housing, wherein the adjusting part reciprocates or rotates to move the center of the plate spring forward and backward to vary the curvature of the plate spring; and a cradle part detachably coupled to the front surface of the housing in order to fix a portable device.
