Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of the testing of crane pulleys, and particularly relates to a crane pulley testing device for ocean engineering, the crane pulley testing device comprising a workbench, wherein a rectangular groove is provided at the upper end of the workbench; a lifting plate is movably mounted in the rectangular groove; a square groove is provided in a side wall of the lifting plate; a rack is fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the square groove; a vertical plate is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the workbench; a bolt is mounted inside the vertical plate in a threaded manner; a gear is fixedly mounted on a side wall of the bolt; moving holes are uniformly and equidistantly provided in the side wall of the lifting plate; a clamping mechanism is movably mounted inside the moving holes; the clamping mechanism comprises a fixed column, which is fixedly connected to the lifting plate; a movable column is movably mounted inside each of the four moving holes; springs are movably sleeved on surfaces of the four movable columns; and a moving bar is fixedly mounted at one end of each of the four movable columns away from the lifting plate, such that the apparatus can limit a test pulley during use, and the pulley cannot be damaged under the action of the springs.
