Abstract:

Disclosed is a crankshaft for a rotary compressor. A crankshaft (100), comprises a body (1) and an eccentric portion (2). An oil supply channel (11) is provided in the body (1). In the eccentric portion (2) is formed an oil outlet hole (21) communicating with the oil supply channel and passing through a peripheral wall of the eccentric portion (2). A projected point of a center axis line of the body (1) on a reference plane perpendicular to the center axis line of the body (1) is O. A projected point of a center axis line of the eccentric portion (2) on the reference plane is A. An intersection point of a center axis line of the oil outlet hole (21) and the peripheral wall of the eccentric portion (2) is B. An included angle between line BO, between the intersection point B and the projected point O, and line OA, between projected point O and projected point A, is θ, where θ satisfies formula 1, e is an eccentric distance between the body (1) and the eccentric portion (2) and R is the radius of the eccentric portion (2). Also disclosed is a rotary compressor having the crankshaft. The crankshaft can ensure lubrication and bearing between the eccentric portion and a piston, thereby avoiding wear.
