Abstract:
The invention relates to crank mechanisms and in particular to a crankshaft used in piston machines. The crankshaft includes a crank pin, pivots and crankshaft collars. The crank pin is provided with support thrust bearings, whereby the axes of said bearings are offset from the axis of the pivots. The crankshaft also has crank pins and slides which are integral with the crank pins and the pivots and movable with respect to the axis of the pivots. The support thrust bearings include internal and external housings, whereby the external housings comprise the bearings of the pivots which are integral with the external housings of the support thrust bearings. The collars comprise slide guides. The inventive system makes it possible to obtain a higher torque and thus to increase the effectiveness of the mechanism.
