Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cream cosmetic composition containing microbubbles, wherein a water-soluble polymer, on the basis of the total weight of the composition, contains: 0.1-2.0 wt% of agar, 2.0-10.0 wt% of fatty acid, 0.1-2.0 wt% of alkali salt, 0.1-10.0 wt% of nonionic surfactant and 1.0-10.0 wt% of oil. The cream cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains a large quantity of microbubbles in the cream when oil painting with an oil painting technique using nonionic surfactant, anionic surfactant generated by saponification between fatty acid and alkali salt, and agar, thereby displaying remarkably smooth application without being heavy or sticky despite a dosage form with a high degree of hardness, and having excellent over-time stability at a high temperature.
