Abstract:
The present invention, a device for physiotherapy, has effects of relieving muscles, stimulating peripheral nerves, and promoting blood circulation, which helps preventing and treating diseases. A medical device with unified functions; of laser, low-frequency, cupping glass, ionic treatment, and magnetic needle; is attached to skin as a cupping glass conducting current and bioelectricity through skin to promote absorption of medication. Acupuncture is done by using the gold plated (titanium nickel) magnetic needle; with strong magnetic force (500-4500 Gauss); and leading the magnetic force to the tip of the needle. Each laser diode (LED) 1 -5; formed of anions and low-power wavelength of 420-110Onm emitted from the nephrite powder case; automatically switches in turn and irradiates. Ions form at the end of the magnetic needle, and galvanic effect occurs, conducting bioelectricity (0.01- 1 mA) to absorb anions and medication. Blood circulation is promoted when performing acupuncture and hair loss is treated by opening pores when used on scalp. The device has effects of activating automatic nerve system, preventing and curing varicose veins, treating shoulder ache, curing disease from personal habits, and promoting health.

[Claims] [Claim 1 ]

The present invention is a medical device with unified functions of laser, low-frequency, cupping glass, ionic treatment, and magnetic needle. It comprises of; a unified treatment device part attached to a cupping glass; a handle attached to the unified device above; a case made of powdered nephrite for unified device above; operating and irradiating tool for laser formed inside the unified device above; a magnetic needle composed of two opposing magnets of N-pole and S-pole plated with gold (titanium nickel) formed inside the unified device above; a needle capable of ionic treatment by conducting current through skin; a low-frequency pad formed each on the unified device and the cupping glass do that the low-frequency pad on the cupping glass is also used as an exterior low-frequency device; a high-brightness LED emitter enlightening the interior of the cupping glass; and a power supply controlling the power of both the interior and the exterior.

[Claim 2]

The present invention is a medical device with unified functions of laser, low-frequency, cupping glass, ionic treatment, and magnetic needle. It comprises of; insulated N-pole and the S-pole formed on the magnets with magnetic force (500-4500 Gauss) as to the positions of the magnet (3) (4); connecting a - power to the N-pole of needle and a +power to the S-pole of needle, and attaching (14) an automatically switching (0.01 -1 second) laser diode (LED) to the +power so that switching frequencies conduct; forming a switch by connecting opposing charges; and using magnet to form the part of the ionic device where it touches the skin, to conduct current through the magnet.

[Claim 3]

The present invention is a medical device with unified functions of laser, low-frequency, cupping glass, ionic treatment, and magnetic needle. It comprises of; automatically switching and irradiating (17) 1 -5 lasers with wavelengths of 420-1100nm through the center of the magnetic needle. That is, a laser diode with wavelength of 420-490nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 510-595nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 600-780nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 800-950nm and a laser diode with wavelength of 950-1100nm,

formed of colors red, green, blue, and color-less are operated by the circuit of (15) PCB. The lasers automatically and repeatedly switch in turn by the automatic switch circuit of (15) PCB, with switching terms of 0.01-1 second. The lasers irradiate to one central point, and are formed in 3 colors; bright red (600- 780nm), green (510-595nm), and blue (420-490nm); where the pulse of the laser diode is 100-500/zs, the frequency is 1 -5HEk, and the whole output of power is 1 -2OmW. A (7) reflector, (9) a lens and (9-1) a lens cover were attached to the lasers.

CREATION CURER OF LASER LOW FREQUENCY CUPPING GLASS IONTOPHORESIS MAGNET NEEDLE

[Technical Field]

The present invention is a technical field related to a medical treatment, including transforming the traditional acupunctural cure device into a magnetic acupunctural cure device. It has functions of conducting current through the iontophoresis magnetic needle to help absorption of the ionic medicine, treating with various frequencies of laser, and attaching and massaging the device on skin. The device of low frequency allows treatment with various functions.

[Background Art]

The background art includes previous devices for physiotherapy; such as massaging devices for stimulating skin, low-frequency devices or laser devices which use electrical frequencies or ray beams, traditional herbal remedies of cupping a boil or applying acupuncture on suitable spots on body; and iontophoresis; which promotes blood circulation; for stimulating absorption of ionic medicine. The previous devices were inefficient as each device were capable of treatment with one function only. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to unify all devices above as one medical device.

[Technical Tasks]

It is an object of the present invention to provide a medical device capable of preventing hair loss, promoting hair growth, promoting blood circulation, preventing and treating geriatric disease, aesthetic skin-care, preventing obesity, relieving stress, and treating shoulder ache. The present invention comprises of methods for; controlling power supply of the interior from the exterior, lighting the interior of the cupping glass, leading the strong magnetic force to the tip of the magnetic needle, connecting a power supply to the magnetic needle to flow low frequencies and attaching it to skin to promote absorption of ionized medicine, automatically switching and irradiating the laser with wavelength of 420-1100nm in the center of the magnetic needle, attaching by squeezing out the skin, massaging skin to relieve blood congestion caused by attaching to skin, and attaching a low-frequency pad unto the united device

and the cupping glass.

[Technical Solution]

The methods for overcoming the problems above are explained below in regard to figure 4.

The method for controlling power supply of the interior from the exterior and lighting the interior of the cupping glass requires a reflector; attached to (10) bar for air-intake control and power supply; inserted into the (1) case of cupping glass, forming (11) a stopper of air-intake and (12) an interception packing of air-intake, and enlightening a LED of high-luminosity above (13) the switch to enlighten the interior of (1) the cupping glass.

The method for leading the magnetic force (500-4500 Gauss) to the tip of the needle is achieved by applying magnet (3) N-pole and (4) S-pole to (18) the case of nephrite stone and attaching (5-1) of (5) plated (the gold is titanium- nickel) wire.

The method for flowing current in the magnetic needle is achieved by positioning the insulated N-pole and the S-pole as to the positions of the magnet (3) (4), connecting a - power to the N-pole of needle and a +power to the S-pole of needle, and attaching (14) an automatically switching (0.01-1 second) laser diode (LED) to the +power so that switching frequencies conduct.

To attach the device to skin to promote absorption of ionized medicine, magnetic needle is attached to skin after ionized nutritional cream or medication is applied. Then ions form on the N-pole and S-pole, which conducts current through skin and promotes the absorption. The absorption of ions becomes easier due to strong magnetic force (500-4500 Gauss) and bioelectricity.

The method for automatically switching and irradiating (17) 1 -5 lasers with wavelengths of 420-1100nm through the center of the magnetic needle is as follows. 5 lasers; a laser diode with wavelength of 420-490nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 510-595nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 600-780nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 800-950nm and a laser diode with wavelength of 950-1100nm; formed of colors red, green, blue, and color-less are operated by the circuit of (15) PCB. The lasers automatically and repeatedly switch in turn by the automatic switch circuit of (15) PCB, with switching terms of 0.01 -1 second. The lasers irradiate to one central point, and are formed in 3 colors; bright red (600-780nm), green (510-595nm), and blue (420-490nm); where the pulse of the laser diode is 100-500μs, the frequency is 1 -5kHz, and the whole

output of power is 1 -2OmW. A (7) reflector, (9) a lens and (9-1) a lens cover were attached to the lasers.

To squeeze out the skin, 10-30 magnetic needles of figure (5) and (5-1) are attached to skin, so that when many needles are attached to a limited area on skin and pulled by the cupping glass, the skin is squeezed out.

To attach the massager to the unified device, (1) cupping glass and (2) unified device are joined by the connecting part, and the power supply adapter of figure (8) and (8-1) is also joined. When using the massager to relieve blood congestion, detach the unified device, and attach (24) the handle of massager.

To form low frequencies in the unified device and the cupping glass, the following steps are required. A low frequency circuit is formed unto (15) PCB, and the low frequency is generated in between (6) low-frequency pad of unified device and (19) low-frequency pad of cupping glass, which are joined by (8-1) power supply adapter.

[Advantageous Effects]

The present device is capable of applying numerous treatments; including treatments using laser, low-frequency, ions, magnetic needle, squeezing technique; on one spot of body. The device is attached to treating spots; such as spots suitable for acupuncture, or hair-thinning spot; and the blood congested area is relieved with the massager. The device is effective in preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, promoting blood circulation, preventing and treating geriatric disease, aesthetic skin-care, preventing obesity, relieving stress, and treating shoulder ache.

The operation state in regard to drawings is as below.

Figure 9 illustrates the comparison between before and 2 days after massaging the blood congestion, and the time taken to relieve the area was reduced by 1/2.

Figure 10 illustrates the blood congested areas after treating a varix, and the spot is intensively cared to maximize effectiveness of the treatment.

Figure 11 illustrates the hair-thinning area before treatment, and a lot of hair loss occurred to the forehead and the vertex.

Figure 12 illustrates the hair-thinning area in the treating process, and the ionic effect occurs when medication is absorbed.

Figure 13 illustrates the hair-thinning area a year after treatment, and it clearly shows the re-growth of hair.

Figure 14 illustrates the hair-thinning area in the treating process, and

hair is re-growing in forehead area.

Figure 15 illustrates treatment of shoulder ache by acupuncture.

[Best Mode]

When describing the best mode for operating the present invention in terms of drawings, figure 1 illustrates the unified device and figure 4 illustrated the unified device joining with the cupping glass. When describing the best mode in terms of functions of each part of the device, (1 ) is an attachable cupping glass, and (2) is a unified curer attached the unified device (laser, ion, low-frequency, nephrite, magnetic needle),

The device comprises of a silicon packing (12) on the upper suction passage of the cupping glass which blocks air after eliminating air, a reflector (7-1) attached to the tip of the bar for switching power (10) ON and OFF, and an air-suction stopper (11).

That is, a method for the exterior cupping glass to control the power supply of the interior unified device.

The interior of the cupping glass is enlightened by reflector (7-1 ) reflecting the light from high-brightness laser diode (LED) attached inside the switch (13).

(8) is a power supply adaptor of the cupping glass, and (8-1 ) is a power supply adaptor of the unified device, and when the two adaptors are joined, the exterior power supply becomes in use, and the power of unified device is charged.

(8-2) is an adaptor joining to the low-frequency pad, which is capable of conducting low-frequency by exterior power supply, or by the adaptor of (8) and (8-1).

Low-frequency occurs by the output of (15) PCB, and the output cord is connected to the low-frequency pad (19).

(8) and (8-1) above are used as a connecting circuit of power supply and/or the low-frequency.

The low-frequency cord is removed when re-charging by the method above, and the low-frequency adaptor is used when it is operated by the interior power supply.

When treating with (19), (6) adaptors above, it easily attaches to skin due to the strong adhesive strength of the attaching conductive silicon. (2) of the unified device is the upper case, and (18) is the lower case. (2) upper case is charged by the connecting adaptor (8-1), and uses the exterior DC power supply.

The high-brightness laser diode (LED) (14) is formed unto the unified device so that it enlightens the irradiation onto the cross made from acryl.

The insulated N-pole and the S-pole are positioned as to the positioning of the magnet (3) (4), connecting a - power to the N-pole of needle and a +power to the S-pole of needle, and attaching (14) an automatically switching (0.01 -1 second) laser diode (LED) to the +power so that switching frequencies conduct, and so that ionic bioelectricity conduct through skin.

To achieve the result above, the magnets of N-pole and S-pole has to be insulated, and in the present technique, the N-pole and the S-pole were attached after insulating their center parts.

Therefore, power is disconnected in between the N-pole and the S-pole, but bioelectricity conducts through skin, forming anions around the gold- plated magnetic needle, galvanic current conduct due to strong magnetic

force.

The medication is capable of combining with other medications for nutrition, hair loss, blood circulation, and arthritis.

For the magnetic needle, a nephrite case is formed using powdered nephrite (18); which is the emitter of far infrared ray and anions. The magnetic needles; made of iron with string magnetic force, and plated with gold (titanium nickel); are attached by inserting (3) (4) magnets and (5) (5-1) needles, and the tips of iron cords are made blunt to prevent damage on skin.

(16) is a re-chargeable battery for the use of interior power supply.

(17) 1 -5 lasers with wavelengths of 420-110Onm through the center of the magnetic needle automatically switches and irradiates 5 lasers; a laser diode with wavelength of 420-490nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 510- 595nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 600-780nm, a laser diode with wavelength of 800-950nm and a laser diode with wavelength of 950-11 OOnm; formed of colors red, green, blue, and color-less are operated by the circuit of (15) PCB. The lasers automatically and repeatedly switch in turn by the automatic switch circuit of (15) PCB, with switching terms of 0.01 -1 second, and the lasers irradiate to one central point.

A (7) reflector, (9) a lens and (9-1) a lens cover are attached to increase the effectiveness of the laser irradiation.

The lasers are formed in 3 colors; bright red (600-780nm), green (510- 595nm), and blue (420-490nm); where the pulse of the laser diode is 100-500μs, the frequency is 1 -5Wb, and the whole output of power is 1 -2OmW.

Pulse frequency ; of 1 -5 lasers with wavelength Of 420-11 OOnm; effect and effect of re, green, blue lasers with the switching terms ; of 0.01 -1 second wavelength; activates the peripheral nerves and revivals the skin cells.

The unified device in figure 1 is connected to the cupping glass as shown in figure 4, and attaching it to the acupunctural spots, and massage the blood congested areas as shown in figure 3. The low frequency and the air- suction device are capable for other uses.

Possibility for Industrial Use

The present invention is a unified device comprising of a numerous range of different traditional medical treatments, which irradiates combined lasers with wavelength of 420-11 OOnm, stimulating cells to activate biorhythm and aesthetically care for skin. It is used as a skin-caring device by absorbing

ionic medication to skin using strong magnetic force of 500-4500 Gauss and low-current, and as a traditional curer when treating with magnetic needle.
