Abstract:
A credit-guarantee-based service processing method, apparatus and device. The method comprises: according to the credit of a first user, determining that the first user has not reached an approval condition for a specified service, wherein the approval condition comprises credit not being lower than a set threshold value (S102); generating an assistance request so as to request one or more second users to vouch for the first user with the credit of the second users (S104); displaying assistance progress information of the first user so as to show the credit increase condition of the first user based on the assistance from the other users (S106); if the second user agrees to the assistance request, then acquiring the credit of the first user, after being assisted, which is calculated according to the credit of the first user and the credit of the second user (S108); and if the credit after being assisted enables the first user to reach the approval condition, then allowing the first user to use the specified service (S110).
