Abstract:
Provided is a credit issuance system that contributes to enabling easy utilization of small amounts of credit. This credit issuance system comprises: a product information transmission device that transmits product information of a product to a blockchain via a network; a product usage history transmission device that automatically transmits usage history of the product to the blockchain via the network; and a credit issuance device that verifies, via the network, product information of a product registered in the blockchain and usage history of the product registered in the blockchain, issues a credit used for carbon offsetting on the basis of the verified usage history, generates a certificate including the credit, and transmits the certificate to the blockchain. Upon receiving the product information of the product, the usage history of the product, or the certificate, the blockchain generates a block, which is registered in the blockchain.
