Abstract:
The present invention provides a creping blade and a method for manufacturing same. The creping blade comprises a base body; the top of the base body is provided with a wear resistant coating; moreover, a protective layer is provided below the wear-resistant coating at a contact point between the creping blade and a dryer, and the hardness of the protective layer is lower than the hardness of the surface of the dryer of a paper machine. The creping blade provided by the present invention is not limited in the area of a friction part on the working surface, is provided a highly wear resistant coating, and has high wear resistance and high impact resistance at a paper impact part; thus, the creping blade has a long service life, and is several times or even several dozens of times the service life of a normal steel creping blade.
