Abstract:
The present invention relates to: crickets raised by feeding, to the crickets, a feed prepared such that proteins and nutritious ingredients effective in antioxidant and antiaging activities and in fatigue recovery can be accumulated in a high content in the body of the crickets, thereby enabling the crickets to have increased antioxidant, antiaging and skin care effects and a fatigue recovery effect; and a cosmetic composition containing the same. According to the present invention, the crickets having increased antioxidant, antiaging and skin care effects can be raised by feeding, to the crickets, a feed comprising 7-8 parts by weight of tomato, 7-8 parts by weight of spinach, 7-8 parts by weight of carrot, 7-8 parts by weight of lettuce, 7-8 parts by weight of bean sprout, 7-8 parts by weight of Chinese cabbage, 7-8 parts by weight of Welsh onion, 7-8 parts by weight of mugwort, 7-8 parts by weight of Allium tuberosum, 7-8 parts by weight of eggplant, 7-8 parts by weight of cheonggukjang (thick soybean paste), 7-8 parts by weight of cabbage, 7-8 parts by weight of Artemisia capillaris Thunb. and 7-8 parts by weight of kale on the basis of 100 parts by weight of rice bran.
