Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/021809
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a crimped fiber and a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric that are inexpensive and have exceptional bulkiness, as well as a crimped fiber manufacturing method and a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric manufacturing method in which it is possible to manufacture the crimped fiber on an industrial scale by a method that excels in productivity and safety. In order to achieve said purpose, this crimped fiber has the following composition. Specifically, the crimped fiber has polyolefin as a main component, is configured substantially from a single raw material, and has an interface present in a cross section perpendicular to the fiber length direction.
