Abstract:
Provided are a CRISPR-Cas9 system for knocking out the GRIN2D gene and an application thereof, the system comprising Cas9 and a gRNA specific for the GRIN2D gene, which may efficiently knock out the GRIN2D gene that is highly expressed in gastric cancer, and inhibit the proliferation, invasion and migration of gastric cancer cells. Further provided are an application of the system in the preparation of a drug for treating cancers, and an application of the GRIN2D gene in the preparation of a diagnostic kit and drug for the precise medical treatment of gastric cancer and other tumors. The system is suitable for application in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and other tumors that over-express GRIN2D.
