Abstract:
Provided are a croissant roll, which has a crispy texture and rich flavor and is easy to eat, and a method for manufacturing same. The method for manufacturing a croissant roll comprises the steps of: i) providing a spring roll wrapper and filling; ii) providing a spring roll having the filling wrapped therein by placing the filling on the spring roll wrapper and rolling the spring roll wrapper; iii) wrapping the spring roll with a croissant dough having a thickness greater than the thickness of the spring roll; iv) placing the croissant dough in a mold; and v) baking the croissant dough and providing a croissant roll. In the step of wrapping the spring roll, the spring roll is exposed on both sides of the croissant dough in which the spring roll is wrapped. In the step of providing the croissant roll, the croissant roll is heated in a setting in which the temperature of the upper portion is configured to be 200-220°C and the temperature of the lower portion is configured to be higher than 220°C and equal to or lower than 240°C.
