1. Cross-country ski boot with protective waterproof cover, characterized in that, the protective cover (1 ,1') being installed in a way that it starts right above the upper edge (3,3') of the sole (4,4') of the shoe and covers the upper part (2,2') of the shoe as a tight cover up to its upper edge or/and above it, according to the usage requisitions.
2. Cross-country ski boot with protective waterproof cover, according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the fact that the protective cover 1 ,1' is from only one part, but it also can be compounded from more integral parts of the same material or from more integral parts of different materials where the material or materials, from which the cover 1 ,1' is compounded from, are suitably elastic and mutually waterproof jointed.
3. Cross-country ski boot with protective waterproof cover, according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, the fact that jointing or compounding the cover 1 ,1' with materials of upper part 2, 2' of the shoe is implemented either with gluing, with thermal processing, with processing in high frequency or in any other way. |
CROSS-COUNTRY SKI BOOT WITH PROTECTIVE WATERPROOF
COVER
Innovation object is cross-country ski boot with protective waterproof cover, where the cover is an integral part of the shoe (not separated from the shoe) and entirely covers its upper part without the walking part of the shoe. Innovation belongs to the class A 43B 13/16 of international patent classification.
The technical problem, successfully solved by submitted construction solution of the cross-country ski boot with protective waterproof cover, is efficient waterproof protection that will be able to be easily used with the shoe for cross-country skiing as needed and will not impact the usability itself or, will not obstruct the user while skiing.
With existing solutions of shoes for cross-country skiing, additional covers can be used for solving the protection of humidity or water. They can be, if needed, placed in a shoe and fastened with suitable swivels or zippers. The shortcoming of such implementations is shown mostly with incomplete waterproof ness of such covers, especially at the juncture of sole with upper part of the shoe; besides, placing takes time and such cover can obstruct the user while skiing.
Cross-country ski boot with protective waterproof cover according to the invention has the protective cover already built into the shoe construction itself, meaning, that it is placed so that it starts immediately above the
upper sole edge and coats the upper part of the shoe as a tight cover to its upper edge and higher above it. The cover can form high, close-fitting boot that protects the shoe of water and humidity.
Implementation cases of the cross-country ski boot with protective waterproof cover after the invention are shown in the pictures, out of which, they show:
FIG. 1 schematic display of implementation of protective cover after invention in a side view of a shoe for classic technique of cross-country skiing; FIG. 2 schematic display of implementation of protective cover after invention in the side view of the shoe for skating technique of cross-country skiing.
In both cases, the cover 1 , 1' from one part is shown in pictures 1 and
2; it is integral part of the shoe and is not separated from it and the material that it is made of is suitable elastic, with which it adjust to different volumes or shapes of the feet. Cover 1 ,1' does not cover the walking part of the show, that is the sole 4,4'.
Cover 1 ,1" entirely covers upper part 2,2' of the shoe, that is from the lowest possible point of the upper part 2,2' of the shoe, which means that it starts immediately above the upper edge 3, 3' of the sole 4, 4' and covers upper part 2,2' of the shoe like a tight cover up to its upper edge or/and above it, depends on the usage requisitions.
Cover 1 ,1' forms high tight fitting boot that protects the shoe of water and humidity and whose height depends on the purpose or function of the footwear.
In principle, the cover 1 ,1' after the invention is from only one part, but it also can be compounded from more integral parts of the same material or from more integral parts of different materials where the material or materials, from which the cover 1,1' is compounded from, are suitably elastic and mutually waterproof jointed.
Cover 1 ,1' is compounded or jointed together with materials of the upper part 2,2' of the shoe. Joint of cover 1 ,1' with materials of upper part 2,2' of the shoe can be implemented either in flat or in 3D spatial form. Jointing or compounding the cover 1 ,1' with materials of upper part 2, 2' of the shoe is implemented in any way, either with gluing, with thermal processing, with processing in high frequency or in any other way. All the joints of cover 1 ,1' are implemented in a waterproof way. The same goes also for all the joints of the cover with other materials of upper part 2,2' of the shoe.
All the elements, in any way bound to the cover 1 ,1' or connected with it, are attached to the cover in a way that ensures leakproofness of water and humidity. The same as these elements are attached to the cover 1 ,1' or jointed with it in a way that in the least of possible way impacts the elasticity of the cover 1 ,1' on the spots, where the cover 1 ,1' should be elastic.
