Abstract:
This cross-flow filtration device (10) comprises a filter module (20) having an inner tank (21) and an outer tank (22) that are separated by a semipermeable membrane (23), a treatment liquid tank (30) that accommodates a treatment liquid, a pump (40) that causes the treatment liquid to circulate to the inner tank (21) of the filter module (20) and the treatment liquid tank (30), a supplemental liquid tank (60) that accommodates a supplemental liquid with which the treatment liquid tank is supplemented, at least one or more sensors that measure the pressure of the circulating treatment liquid, and a supplemental liquid measurement unit (80) that measures the amount of the supplemental liquid supplied from the supplemental liquid tank (60) to the treatment liquid tank (30), the supplemental liquid being continuously supplemented to the treatment liquid tank (30).
