Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coating composition for imparting oleophobicity and hydrophobicity to the surface of a metal substrate, comprising a cross-linked PDMS derivative and hexane. The coating composition according to the present invention can impart hydrophobicity and oleophobicity by using a cross-linked PDMS derivative represented by chemical formula 1 and an organic solvent in a specific mixing ratio, is prepared at low cost, and is also applicable to coating of a microstructured oxide film since a coating film can be adjusted to have a thickness of several to tens of nanometers, and thus can be useful for oil vapor recovery apparatuses/facilities, pipes, hoods, parts of hoods, nozzles, pipelines and the like which require hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.
