Abstract:
A non-volatile storage device (100) is provided with a control circuit (18) that controls: a sense amplifier circuit (7); and a write circuit (15). In accordance with the number and location of resistance-changing elements that are in a second resistance state, the control circuit (18) uses a memory cell (2) other than a selected memory cell (2) in a memory cell array (1) to change the magnitude of at least one of the following: a load current; and a forming pulse current or voltage.
