Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a cross slip ring assembly of a scroll compressor and a scroll compressor. The scroll compressor comprises a scroll assembly, wherein the scroll assembly comprises an orbiting scroll member and a fixed scroll member. The cross slip ring assembly is configured to match the scroll assembly so as to prevent the orbiting scroll member from rotating on its axis. The cross slip ring assembly comprises: a slip ring body; and keys, wherein each key comprises a key body extending from the slip ring body and a bushing sleeved on an outer side of the key body, and the key body and the bushing are configured such that the key body matches the bushing to allow the bushing to rotate circumferentially within a predetermined angle range relative to the key body. In the present disclosure, during operation of the scroll compressor, when the stress direction of the key is changed, the bushing can be automatically adjusted/rotated relative to the key body, thereby increasing the area of contact between the key and sliding grooves of the orbiting scroll member, fixed scroll member, etc., so that large-area contact is achieved to avoid local contact and excessive stress. The wear is more uniform (eccentric wear is avoided) due to the increased contact area, thereby finally reducing the wear of the key and/or the sliding grooves.
