A cross-system dynamic power resource sharing method and apparatus, the method comprising: detecting the carrier usage situation of a mobile communication system; if the carrier of the mobile communication system is a preset idle carrier, sharing an idle power resource of the mobile communication system with other mobile communication systems; if the carrier of the mobile communication system is a preset service carrier, retrieving and allocating the power resources used by the mobile communication system.
