Abstract:
In the present invention, a teaching data storage means 81 stores, as teaching data, a crowd state image in which the state of a crowd formed by a plurality of persons has been captured, a crowd state label indicating the crowd state of the image, and a crowd position label indicating information enabling identification of the positions of the plurality of persons included in the crowd state image. A learning means 82 learns an identifier for recognizing a crowd state from an image to be recognized. In addition, the learning means 82 uses the teaching data stored in a teaching data storage means 81 to learn the identifier which inputs a crowd state image and outputs a crowd state label and crowd position label.
