Abstract:
A crucible coating apparatus is provided. The crucible coating apparatus comprises: a storage container which has a receiving groove formed on one surface thereof so as to receive a coating solution for coating a crucible in order to coat the crucible; a guide part which is installed inside the storage container and is extended along a first direction to support the crucible; and a driving part which is connected to the guide part and rotates the crucible in the circumferential direction as the guide part rotates around a rotary shaft which is formed to be parallel to the first direction, so that the coating solution is brought into contact with the crucible to coat the crucible.
