Abstract:
Disclosed is a crucible, comprising a crucible body (10), wherein the crucible body (10) comprises a first crucible body (11) and a second crucible body (12), the volume of the second crucible body (12) being less than that of the first crucible body (11); and the first crucible body (11) is provided with an opening (111) and a bottom face (112) opposite the opening (111), one end of the second crucible body (12) is connected to the bottom face of the first crucible body (11), and the interior of the second crucible body (12) is in communication with the interior of the first crucible body (11). The crucible can prevent the problem that an evaporation material is unevenly heated when the crucible has a relatively big volume.
