Abstract:
A crusher capable of crushing objects including documents and waste materials
and articles without obstruction by magnetic members such as steel parts contained
in the objects. The crusher enables the magnetic materials to be prevented from
being discharged included in the crushed objects such as paper and also enables
the magnetic materials to be easily separated and collected. A drum (1) having
a loading opening (1a) and a discharge opening (1b) is placed sideways, a horizontal
rotating shaft (2) is placed through the center of the drum (1), a motor (4) for
rotating the rotating shaft (2) is installed, rows of radial link chains (3) are
installed in a radial pattern on the rotating shaft (2) in the drum (1), a rotating
disk (5) for movement limitation and a blade (6) for sending air are installed
on the discharge side of the rotating shaft (2), a pocket (7) is provided in a lower
inner peripheral wall of the drum (1), a door (7a) is installed on the pocket (7),
and an electromagnet (8) is attached to the door (7a).
