Abstract:
The present invention relates to an CRUSHERS. Above-mentioned invention is used to crush every crushable thing such that is not decades occurs environmental, and inferior plastic in order to recycle them easily. And metallic impurities can be filtered off with electromagnet or magnet thus makes only pure plastic pieces. The present invention makes fine plastic pieces over 1st and 2nd crushing process. Therefore it improves the quality of goods when used in producing line. Also, for the crusher crushes over the 1st and 2nd time, crushing work is done in short time and more efficiently. Owing to the sensor installed to hopper part of above-mentioned crusher, the crusher operates only in supplying recyclable plastic, so unreasonable rod is not loaded on the operating part and power waste is reduced, thus improves economical efficiency. Meanwhile, when not in use for long time, sensor senses it and control unit box stops operation of crusher. It leads longer life of machine, enables to set labors in place, reduces usage of industrial water and power waste according to stopping. In addition, shape of punch block, guide block and punch rod of the 2nd crusher is not limited by machines and varies with shapes, thus useful for environmental industry or recycling industry.

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. Crusher, which has distinguishing marks as following; Frame/bottom (4) equipped with caster (16) underneath, thus enables moving, and equipped with container (14) in slide type, Fine crusher (6) operated by motor (18) attached to abovementioned frame/bottom (4), thus shattering already shattered plastic more minutely, Oilpressure crusher (8) moving forward/backward to shatter plastic, thus supplying certain size of plastic to abovementioned fine crusher (6), Hopper part (10) equipped with sensor (52) to sense plastic supplied from above mentioned crusher (2) through conveyer belt, and with electromagnet (54) to filter off metallic impurities, Control unit box (12) to control motor (18) of above mentionedoilpressure (8) and fine crusher (6), sensor (52) of hopper part (10) and electromagnet (54) automatically according to already inputted information.
2. In the Claim 1, crusher that has following special features; in oilpressure crusher (8), oilpressure cylinder (32), which installed on supporting frame (30) in order, that oil pressure supplied from oilpressure pump (18p) is controlled and activated at control valve (28); punch rod (38) with various shape and length at certain interval installed on the front side of press board (36) on the edge of front part of piston rod (34), which moves piston forward/backward of abovementioned oilpressure cylinder (32).; guide block (40) installed on the front side of supporting frame (30) at certain interval to guide above mentioned punch rod (38) forward/backward. ; punch block installed on fine crushing housing (26) at certain distance from this guide block (40), arranging punch hole, which is drilled as wanted crushing shape (42) at certain interval.; reciprocating part installed between abovementioned punch block (44) and guide block (40) to change position of inputted plastic on the bottom, in order to make vertical forward/backward movement compare with the direction of punch rod (38).
3. In the claim 2, crusher that has following special features; in abovementioned reciprocating part (46), movement board (48) installed between punch block (44) and guide block (40) at certain interval, and the 2nd oilpressure cylinder (53).; piston rod (51) is linked with the movement board (48), thus the 2'"'cylinder part (53) makes reciprocation by oilpressure pump (28).
Description:
CRUSHERS BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention : The present invention relates generally to a crusher, and more particularly to, a crusher to shatter plastic containers such as already made plastic, plastic flowerpot, water bottle and palette, and to shatter scarps and inferior goods, thus filtering impurities of metal and enabling control of operation according to providing inferior plastic.

Description of the Prior Art: In general, when making plastic such as bottle, flowerpot and palette, and inferior plastic or scarp is made, we gather those and crush it at a time with crusher. At this time, crushed, certain sized pieces are supplied as raw material and recycled, thus environmental destroy is not occurred and economical loss is reduced. In most case, crushers are equipped with hopper, motor, cutter, container basically according to property of the plastic, and cutter is installed in the axis of rotation.

But when inserting large things into the above-mentioned crusher, those things are kicked out of it and crushing work is delayed, thus occurs problems such that operational motor is loaded, power is wasted and efficiency is reduced, and the life of machine is reduced.

In addition, because of the volume of plastic supplied from hopper, the amount of incoming plastic is less than usual. It occurs problems such that continuous control is needed and idling is loaded on the machine. So more person is required to control it and efficiency is reduced.

Also, there is another problem that metallic impurities attaching to plastic is coming through above-mentioned hopper and damages the cutter, so continuous work is not possible.

Above-mentioned metallic impurities prevent continuous crushing work, then machine makes idling without being supplied with materials, thus efficiency is reduced and economical expense is increased.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention relates generally to a crusher, and more particularly to, a crusher to shatter plastic containers such as already made plastic and inferior plastic flowerpot, and sense impurities and waste plastic and make warning at the same time, thus controlling operation for recycling. The invention is consisted of the following parts, which make the invention excellent; Frame/bottom equipped with caster underneath, thus enables moving, and equipped with container in slide type, Fine crusher operated by motor attached to above-mentioned frame/bottom, thus shattering already shattered plastic more minutely, Oil-pressure crusher moving forward/backward to shatter plastic, thus supplying

certain size of plastic to above-mentioned fine crusher, Hopper part equipped with sensor to sense plastic supplied from above-mentioned crusher through conveyer belt, and with electromagnet to filter off metal, Control unit box to control motor of above mentioned-oil-pressure and fine crusher, sensor of hopper part and electromagnet automatically according to already inputted information.

44: Punch Block 46: Recirprocation part 52: Sensor 54: Electromagnet INDEX Crusher, motor, hopper part, electromagnet, sensor TECHNICAL SOLUTION THAT THE PRESENT INVENTION ACHIEVES To solve problems of existing techniques as mentioned above, the present invention supplies a crusher to shatter various plastic containers such as already made plastic, plastic flowerpot, and to shatter scarps, inferior goods and discarded plastic container, thus sense and filter metallic impurities and make quick operation and control.

To achieve above-mentioned condition, the present invention is equipped with following embodiments; Frame/bottom equipped with caster underneath, thus enables moving, and equipped with container in slide type, Fine crusher operated by motor attached to above-mentioned frame/bottom, thus shattering already shattered plastic more minutely, Oil-pressure crusher moving forward/backward to shatter plastic, thus supplying certain size of plastic to above-mentioned fine crusher, Hopper part equipped with sensor to sense plastic supplied from above-mentioned crusher through conveyer belt, and with electromagnet to filter off metal, Control unit box to control motor of above mentioned-oil-pressure and fine crusher, sensor of hopper part and electromagnet automatically according to already inputted information.

In above-mentioned crusher, when inserting plastic such as container and flowerpot, control unit box senses signal from the sensor, and operates motor that is coupled with oil-pressure pump according to already inputted information. Then oil- pressure is made and controlled by control valve and oil-pressure crusher shatters plastic into certain size pieces with that oil-pressure.

Above-mentioned crushed pieces drop into fine crusher and are shattered by cutter and fixed cutter into certain size then stored in the container. These pieces are used as raw material and recycled for flowerpot, container and so on.

Meanwhile the sensor senses metallic impurities attached to plastic and inserted through hopper part. Right after sensor senses metallic impurities coming, control unit box is powered according to already inputted information and electromagnet is activated. The activated electromagnet filters off metallic impurities, thus quality of commercial article is increased.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail by way of a preferred embodiment with reference to accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is an illustrative view of the present invention and FIG. 2 is a brief view of the second crusher of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a brief view of the reciprocation part of the present invention.

Crusher (2) is mainly consisted of frame/bottom (4), fine crusher (6), oil-pressure crusher (8), hopper part (10), control unit box (12).

In frame/bottom (4), container (14) is installed as slide type, oil tank (15) is installed, and caster (16) is installed to move easily.

Above-mentioned container (14) has caster underneath, so after crushed pieces pass by fine net of fine crusher (6) and filled in the container, it is easy to move the crusher to casting machine.

Fine crusher (6) is operated by motor (18) installed on frame/bottom (6), and is designated to shatter already shattered plastic at the crusher (8).

Fine crusher (6) is consisted of motor (18) operated with impressed power through control unit box (12), and axis of rotation (24), which is designated to operate by V-belt (20) linked with this motor (18) and has cutter on three sides.

Fine net is installed in fine crushing housing (26) outer of above-mentioned rotation axis (24), and several fixed cutter (23) are installed both side along the length of axis, thus crushing ability is increased.

And above-mentioned fine crusher (6) is installed on fine crushing housing (26) of frame/bottom (4).

Fine crushing housing (26) is designated to let crushed plastic pieces to pass through fine net (C). Also it makes pieces not passed through fine net to be crushed with cutter (22) and fixed cutter (23) then induces those pieces to drop on container (14).

Oil-pressure crusher (8) is installed on the top of fine crusher (6), thus makes the first crush of plastic in order to shorten crushing work on fine crusher (6).

Oil-pressure crusher (8) is designated to make forward/backward moving by control valve (28), which controls supply of oil-pressure generated by pumping of oil- pressure pump (18p). This oil-pressure pump (18p) is coupled with motor (18) operated by the signal from control unit box (12).

In oil-pressure crusher (8), oil-pressure cylinder (32) is installed on supporting frame (30) in order, that oil-pressure supplied from oil-pressure pump (18p) is controlled and activated at control valve (28). Also, on the front side of press board (36) on the edge of front part of piston rod (34), which moves piston forward/backward of above- mentioned oil-pressure cylinder (32), there installed punch rod (38) with various shape and length at certain interval.

Guide block (40) is installed on the front side of supporting frame (30) at certain interval to guide above-mentioned punch rod (38) forward/backward. At certain distance from this guide block (40), punch hole, which is drilled as wanted crushing shape (42), is arranged at certain interval. And punch block (44) is installed on fine crushing housing (26).

Above-mentioned punch hole (42) can be shaped to various such as a circle, square, rectangular, or mono-shape, and is not supposed to be limited to a certain shape.

And reciprocating part is installed between above-mentioned punch block (44) and guide block (40) to change position of inputted plastic on the bottom, in order to make vertical forward/backward movement compare with the direction of punch rod (38).

Above-mentioned reciprocating part (46) is consisted of movement board (48) installed between punch block (44) and guide block (40) at certain interval, and the 2nd oil-

pressure cylinder (53). Piston rod (51) is linked with the movement board (48), thus the 2nd cylinder part (53) makes reciprocation by oil-pressure pump (28).

Hopper part (10) is consisted of sensor in order to sense the amount of plastic supplied into the crusher (8), and electromagnet (54) in order to filter out impurities with magnetic force.

Usually this electromagnetic is changed with a magnet or both are used at the same time.

Above-mentioned sensor (52) is installed on the top of inputting hole of hopper part (10), and designated to control by the control unit box (12) electrically. It senses coming in plastic or noting comes in certain time, and control unit box (12) decides to operate crusher or not according to already set information.

Electromagnet (54) is installed on the end of conveyer belt (50) and hopper part (10) at certain interval, thus when operating, is magnetized with electric signal from control unit box (12).

Conveyer belt part (50) is consisted of conveyer motor (58) linked to control unit box (12) electrically, and belt part (60) which rotates with torque from this conveyer motor (58).

Control unit box (12) is installed on one side of crusher (2) in order to control fine crusher (6), motor (18) linked with and operates oil pressure pump (18p) of oil-pressure crusher (8), control valve (28), sensor (52) of hopper part (10) and electromagnet (54) automatically according to already inputted information.

Control unit box (12) is powered from power switch (56). Then operates motor

(18) of fine crusher (6), oil-pressure motor (18p) of oil-pressure crusher (8) which is linked with and operated by motor (18), supplies power to control valve (28) and electromagnet, thus maintains magnetized condition.

Meanwhile, Control unit box (12) senses plastic coming in with sensor (52) according to already set information, then powers control valve (28), motor (18) and electromagnet (54).

When sensor (52) doesn't sense any plastic coming for certain time, control unit box (12) interrupts power to control valve (28), motor (18) and electromagnet (54), thus interrupts power to fine crusher (6), oil-pressure crusher (8).

Oil supplied by above-mentioned oil-pressure pump (28) is supposed to be supplied and returned through preserver tank (15).

Shapes of punch block (44), guide block (40), punch rod (38) of oil-pressure crusher (8) is not limited to circle, square and so on, and is able to be formed to various shape. Also number of punch hole (42) or punch rod (38) is not limited and varies with property of the machine.

As mentioned above, when turn on the power switch (56), conveyer belt part (50) is operated under the control of control unit box (12).

When above mentioned conveyer belt part (50) is operated, put inferior plastic on conveyer belt (50) immediately, then sensor (52) senses plastic coming in.

According to this and already set information, control unit box (12) powers motor (18) which operates whole crusher (2) with electromagnet (54), control valve (28), oil- pressure pump (18p), then operates oil-pressure crusher (8) and fine crusher (6), thus

crushes coming plastic.

In other words, when coming plastic supplied from conveyer belt (50) of hopper part (10) is passes through electromagnet (54), or magnet, metallic impurities are filter off, then plastic pieces are put on movement board (48) of reciprocating part between punch block (44) and guide block.

Plastic pieces put by process above are moved to left/right by movement board (48) of the 2nd oil-pressure cylinder part (53) which piston rod (51) is installed.

At this time, oil-pressure crusher (8) is controlled and operated by control valve (28) with oil-pressure supplied from oil-pressure pump (18p) according to already inputted information. Piston rod (34) of the oil-pressure cylinder part (32) moves forward and makes punch rod (38) to penetrate punch hole (42) of punch block (44), thus moving plastic pieces are shattered into certain size.

Plastic pieces crushed by above-mentioned punch hole (42) of punch block (44) are dropped and come into fine crusher (6). These pieces are cut again and shattered by cutter (24) of rotating axis (24) and fixed cutter (23) of fine crushing housing (26) into fine pieces.

Thus, shattered pieces are stored in container (14) after passing through fine net (c). In the long run, these pieces are used as raw material for every crushable thing, flowerpot, container and other plastic goods. Therefore, it prevents environmental pollution and increases economical efficiency.
