Abstract:
Disclosed is a crushing and collecting device for graphite from a negative electrode material of a lithium battery, the device comprising a primary material feeding, crushing and loading device and a secondary material crushing and collecting device. The primary material feeding, crushing and loading device comprises a first motor (1), a primary crushing box (7) and a loading box (10). The first motor (1) is fixedly arranged on a left support plate (3). A left side face of the primary crushing box (7) is welded onto a right side face of the left support plate (3), and a right side face thereof is welded onto a left side face of a second connecting plate (21). The secondary material crushing and collecting device comprises a material collecting box (11), a secondary crushing box (14) and a hydraulic cylinder (17). The secondary crushing box (14) is welded onto a left side face of a right support plate (13) and onto a right side face of a first connecting plate (18). The material collecting box (11) is arranged on a base (9) and below the secondary crushing box (14). By means of the primary and secondary crushing devices for crushing graphite, the effect and efficiency of graphite crushing are improved, and the quality of graphite crushing is also ensured at the same time.
