Abstract:
A crushing device for feed production and processing, comprising a crushing housing (1), supporting seats (2), discharging ports (101), a discharging plate (4), a discharging pipe (5), a feeding housing (6), a crushing mechanism, a vibrating filtering mechanism and a material receiving mechanism; the bottom side surface of the crushing housing (1) is fixedly connected to the top side surface of the supporting seats (2), the inner wall at the bottom side of the crushing housing (1) is fixedly connected to the discharging plate (4), the surface of the bottom side of the discharging plate (4) fixedly communicates with the discharging pipe (5) fixed at the bottom side of the crushing housing (1), the top side surface of the crushing housing (1) fixedly communicates with the feeding housing (6), and two opposite side surfaces of the crushing housing (1) are provided with the discharging ports; the crushing mechanism comprises a crushing motor (7), a crushing shaft (8), a crushing blade (9), a connecting housing (11), a fixed plate (10) and a screening hole (1101); the vibrating filtering mechanism comprises a fixing frame (3), a vibrating motor (14), a guide rod (21), a spring (15), a connecting frame (16) and a filter screen (17); the material receiving mechanism comprises a sealing plug (12), a handle (13), an inclined plate (20), a placement plate (18) and a material receiving housing (19). The crushing device for feed production and processing has a novel design and a simple structure.
