Abstract:
A crushing and mixing device for feed processing. The crushing and mixing device comprises supports (19), a mixing chamber, a stirring mechanism, and a crushing and screening mechanism, wherein the supports (19) are connected to the bottom of two sides of the mixing chamber; base plates (22) are arranged at joints of the supports (19) and the mixing chamber; a mounting groove (4) is provided in the top end of each support (19); a spring (18) is fixedly connected to one side of an inner cavity of the mounting groove (4); a pressing plate (3) is fixedly connected to one side of the spring (18); a movable rod (17) is fixedly connected to one side of the pressing plate (3); the movable rod (17) penetrates the mounting groove (4) and is fixedly connected to side walls of the mixing chamber; the bottom of each of the supports (19) is fixedly connected to the center of the top of a fixing plate (1); and several fixing bolts (2) are evenly distributed on two sides of the top of the fixing plate (1). In the solution, by means a second electric motor (9), a crushing box (12) and a first rotating rod (8), feed is crushed before processing, then by means of a third rotating rod (13), a bearing (7), a first electric motor (5), a sleeve (6), the third rotating rod (13), a screening box (14), a synchronous belt (15), a synchronous shaft (16) and a screen (28), the crushed feed is screened and some relatively large particles are screened out, such that the mixing effect and quality of finished products can be improved.
