Abstract:
A cryogenic auxiliary micro-abrasive gas jet machining device for a PDMS substrate microchannel comprising a reaction chamber (1), wherein a motor (2) and a mechanical arm (7) are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of a bottom surface wall in the reaction chamber (1). A pressing rod (6) is provided on a connecting rod (5). The mechanical arm (7) is provided in the reaction chamber (1). A nozzle (8) is provided on the mechanical arm (7). A control portion (9) is provided on the nozzle (8). A second air pump (11) is provided on a top portion of the reaction chamber (1). An air inlet pipe (12) is provided on the second air pump (11). The advantages of the design are as follows: First, an electric push rod (4), can extend to push the connecting rod (5), and the pressing rod (6) is slidingly connected to a frame (3) so as to transmit axial pushing force of the electric push rod (4) in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the electric push rod (4) such that the pressing rod (6) holds a workpiece. Thus, the structure conserves space needed for a holding structure. Second, when two sides of the workpiece need to be machined, the motor (2) drives the frame (3) to rotate by 180° so as to turn over the workpiece, thereby improving machining efficiency.
