Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a cryogenic insulation material having a structure, in which a plurality of polymer foam layers having different densities are continuously layered, by mixing a polyol and an isocyanate with a foaming agent at different mixing ratios and foaming and molding the same; and a manufacturing method therefor. The method for manufacturing a cryogenic insulation material, of the present invention, prepares a plurality of mixtures by mixing a polyol and an isocyanate with a foaming agent at different mixing ratios, and layers a plurality of polymer foam layers having different densities by continuously injecting, at a time interval, the respective prepared mixtures into a foaming container and foaming and molding the same.
