Abstract:
This cryogenic refrigerating machine 10 comprises: a cold head 14; a rotary valve 58 which is capable of periodically switching the working gas pressure in the cold head 14 between a first high pressure and a second high pressure that is lower than the first high pressure; and a valve motor 60 which rotates the rotary valve 58. The cryogenic refrigerating machine 10 further comprises: a valve unit 16 which has a rotary angle range in which the rotary valve 58 seals working gas in the cold head 14 under the second high pressure; a refrigerating machine control unit 24 which controls the valve motor 60; a refrigerating machine stop instruction unit 26 which outputs a refrigerating machine stop instruction signal S1 to the refrigerating machine control unit 24; and a valve stop timing control unit 28 which, in accordance with the refrigerating machine stop instruction signal S1, controls the valve motor 60 so that the valve motor 60 stops the rotary valve 58 in said rotary angle range.
