Abstract:
Provided is a sealing material having more excellent sealing performance in a cryogenic environment. This cryogenic sealing material is characterized by being composed of a copolymer having: a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymerization unit; and a perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether)-based polymerization unit, wherein the copolymer has the perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether)-based polymerization unit in an amount of 3.0-7.0 mass% with respect to the total polymerized units.
