Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a crystal compound, a preparation method, and the use of same in X-ray direct detection and imaging, relating to the technical field of crystal synthesis. Specifically, the molecular formula of the crystal compound is [M(QS)]n, the structural general formula of the QS being (1) and M representing a metal ion. The compound belongs to tetragonal crystal system and has the space group of P42bc, cell parameters being: a = 17.5559 Å, b = 17.5559 Å, c = 7.3135 Å, α = 90˚, β = 105.354˚ and γ = 90˚, Z = 8, and the unit-cell volume being 2254.09(14)Å3. The crystal compound of the present invention has a simple preparation method. Being used as a material for X-ray detectors, the compound has the characteristics of a large mass attenuation coefficient for X-ray energy, a large carrier mobility-lifetime product, and high X-ray detection sensitivity, and can therefore be used to the fields of semiconductor materials, room-temperature X-ray radiation direct detection materials, radiation detection dosimeters, X-ray semiconductor medical imaging, etc.
