Abstract:

Crystal forms of NBI-98854 (of a structure as represented by formula I), a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The crystal forms of NBI-98854 are named as crystal form CS1 and crystal form CS2 respectively, and can be used in the preparation of a drug for treating tardive dyskinesia. The crystal forms of NBI-98854 each has a solubility and a hygroscopicity that meet the medicinal requirements, has good stability, and can be stably stored, so that the crystal transformation occurred during the development process of the drug is avoided, thereby avoiding changes in the solubility, the dissolution rate, the bioavailability and the efficacy of the drug. This provides a new and better choice for the preparation of a pharmaceutical preparation containing NBI-98854, which is of great importance for drug development.
